Dollar & Thrifty are the leading brands in UAE's Car Rental and Leasing sector. As the largest fleet operator in the country supported by a distribution network of more than 70 locations, we are looking to hire Customer Service Executives to manage these locations. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Graduate in any field; at least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/sales role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong selling & customer service skills. Ability to handle customers in efficient and professional manner. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle multiple customers and transactions at the same time. Computer proficient. Willingness to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus; certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.

ABOUT YOU

We offer a very attractive compensation package which includes a base salary and a performance linked monthly incentive structure with an earnings potential of Dhs 10 K per month.
